A and B : Attach particles after the preceding noun to list multiple nouns

1. A하고 B
2. A(이)랑 B
3. A과/와 B

1. A하고 B

This is the most casual and is only used in the causal spoken language, not in formal writings or formal speeches.

Korea and the US: 한국하고 미국
Seoul and Jeju Isle: 서울하고 제주도
Coffee and tea: 커피하고 차
Friend and I: 친구하고 나

2. A(이)랑 B

This is also casual and is only used in the spoken language just like -하고
Consonant+이랑
Vowel+랑

Korean and the US: 한국이랑 미국
Seoul and Jeju Isle: 서울이랑 제주도
Coffee and tea: 커피랑 차
Friend and I: 친구랑 나

3. A과/와 B

This is more formal and can be used in formal writings unlike the other two.
Consonant+과
Vowel+와

Korean and the US: 한국과 미국
Seoul and Jeju Isle: 서울과 제주도
Coffee and tea: 커피와 차
Friend and I: 친구와 나
