Her method of teaching, especially explaining grammar structures, is very informative and helpful. Plus, her sweet and funny personality make it all the more enjoyable 🙂

I had such a great time taking this course! The content was super varied and engaging and 재림 선생님 has a magical ability to explain all the little nuances around different parts of the Korean language!

The course was structured well with grammar, reading, listening and speaking. 선생님 explains concepts in a way that makes it easier to understand, plus she’s patient and gives constructive, helpful feedback. I really appreciated the review and speaking activities to reinforce concepts that were learned while also increasing comfort level for speaking. I finished the course feeling like my Korean language ability improved. I gained greater confidence with understanding the language as well as speaking.

I enjoyed Jream 선생님’s Korean class. You know by her way of teaching that she has had years of Korean teaching experience.  I love her method of teaching.  She is very organized and is very good at explaining. The homework she gave was challenging, but not impossible. I also have watched many of her YouTube videos to understand some grammar points in more detail.  (I understood more about the particles [you know which ones I am talking about] from her videos than I did from a book.)

So this Intermediate class gives you a good chance to dig a bit deeper about certain topics and gather your vocab! It also motivates you to think more about what you can say and how you can say it! I especially liked the K-drama topic, I could’ve talked about it all day, haha! And maybe make some friends along the way, learning together is always more fun!

You are a true teacher as is evidenced by the quality of the materials, and how you support and pour yourself into your students. You make me feel confident in my journey to become conversational in Korean.

I have found her instructions (whether through YouTube or a language course) very different and especially helpful in understanding the nuances in the Korean language, grammar, and how to sound more natural in Korean. She also makes learning grammar and vocabulary helpful by putting it in a specific, practical context.

There was a lot of good energy and 선생님 was always open to answer questions. I got to meet and practice speaking with people from different backgrounds. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved these last 4 weeks. Things that I’ve tried to learn on my own, have finally stuck with your explanation. I love your cheerful demeanor and the fact you always gave positive feedback first with homework and didn’t just highlight the mistakes. I look forward to joining your high beginner class and more in the future.

It was a lot of fun, and at the same time I feel my Korean has improved both in writing and in speaking from this class. The weekly class materials were very detailed and helpful with lots of practice exercise questions. There are also weekly homework assignments to help reinforce what we are learning from the class. Her class is interactive where you get to practice speaking with other students. Also, her feedback on the homework assignments were really helpful and encouraging. Her explanations are really thorough and she explains it in a way that is easy to understand. Korean Jream 선생님 was one of the first Korean teachers I followed on YouTube and she is still the best and my favorite Korean teacher to date. I highly recommend Korean Jream’s courses!

I’m so happy I joined this class! I’ve been feeling a bit stuck in my Korean studies and wanted to especially work on my speaking skills. I’m not very confident when it comes to speaking in Korean and so I thought a class with my favorite teacher would encourage and motivate me to finally take that step and get me started on that speaking practice! And it did! 역시!

There were conjugation and translation practices to help understand the grammar and then you it to your heart’s content! This will get you started with very useful sentence connectors, so you can give more depth and meaning to what you wanna say! Bonus points for personal feedback and advice on your homework from your favorite teacher! Let’s speak the Korean of your J.. Dreams!!

I am very happy and grateful I had the chance to take a class with Korean Jream! She is so supportive and kind, which is really appreciated in a language class. I also liked that she has an impressive background in linguistics because I’m the type who learns best when I understand why a grammar structure or phrase is the way it is. Because the class size was small, I also really liked meeting and talking with the other students.
